	design+build is a special division within Berks Homes that is dedicated to providing unique design solutions for your personal tastes and needs. Our goal as design professionals is to use what is distinctive about you as the inspiration that drives the design and construction of your project. We believe the process should be fun; a once in a lifetime experience.

WHAT WE DO

design+build is a unique way of handling the design and construction process. In the past, the traditional way of handling a project was to hire a design professional and then, once the design was finished, hire the contractor separately. the design+build approach integrates design and construction to provide a streamlined efficient way of handling your project. With this approach, constant communication is established between designer and construction trades.

*If you are already with an architect or designer, that's okay. Our construction team is used to working with our design team and can provide the same quality construction working with your selected design professional(s).
