CONSULTING     INITIAL MEETING - After you contact us, we simply talk about your goals, needs and budgets. This is a no obligation phase that can take place by phone, email, at our office or in the comfort of your own home. PROPOSAL - After we have a clear understanding of your project's scope of work, we will determine your projects feasibility and develop a proposal.

DESIGN     SITE VISIT/SURVEY - If it's a new home, we will visit you lot to determine development strategies and placement of home. if it's a remodel, renovation, or addition, we will measure and photograph your existing home. DESIGN - Now you get to have some fun! We develop a preliminary design base on your specified design desires, existing site/home conditions and most current zoning/code requirements. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS - After we get your approval on the design we will develop detailed drawings, scopes of work and specifications.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE     CONSTRUCTION START - After we get all of the necessary approvals, we will schedule a start date. CONSTRUCTION - Our trades will begin working on your project. We will set up periodic walk-throughs that allow you to monitor the work and add input. ORIENTATION - The most exciting moment of the project is the final unveiling. Here you get to see your visions come to life! We do a final walk-through with you and ensure everything is to your satisfaction. WARRANTY - We back our work with a 1-Year warranty.
