This position is responsible for detailing and preparing homes for settlement.

Primary Job Functions:

• Detail new homes using punch-out checklist
• Verify vendors remain on schedule
• Participate in on-call rotation and resolve emergency calls from homeowners
• Ensure communities are kept clean at all times
• Assist Project Superintendent and Warranty Department as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• Solid carpentry skills
• Aptitude for detail-oriented work
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Prior experience in new home construction preferred
• Must provide own vehicle
