Primary Job Functions:

• Opening and closing model home
• Welcoming visitors
• Preparing brochure packets

Minimum Requirements:

• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
• Pennsylvania Real Estate license is preferred, but not required
