Directly to the community
From Interstate Rt 95 take Delaware 1/US 113 South to Exit 97 onto Rt 13 South. Take Rt 13 South approximately 6.2 miles. Turn left onto Rt 15 South (Canterbury Road). Continue straight appoximately 5 miles. Coursey's Point Community is on the Left.

Heading to the Beach
From Interstate Rt 95 take Delaware 1/US 113 South. At Barrett’s Chapel turn onto Rt 371 West (Barrett’sChapelRoad). Go approximately 5.1 miles. Turn Left onto Rt 15 South (Canterbury Road). Coursey's Point Community is approximately 4.4 miles on the Left.

From Washington & Baltimore:
Take US 50 East Cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Turn left onto Maryland 404 west toward Denton. After crossing the Choptank River take the first ramp to the end. Turn left onto Maryland Rt 313. Turn right onto Maryland Rt 317 (Burrsville Road). Continue on Rt 317. It becomes Delaware Rt 14 East. Follow Rt. 14 east to a left on Rt 15 North (Canterbury Rd). Follow Rt 15 north (Canterbury Rd) crossing over Carpenter Bridge Rd. The Community is located on the Right.

From the South and Beach Resorts:
From 113 North Turn Left on Rt 14 West. Follow Rt 14 West to Rt 15 North (Canterbury Rd). Turn Right onto Rt 15 North (Canterbury Road). Follow Rt 15 North (Canterbury Rd). The Community is located on the right after crossing Carpenter Bridge Rd.
