3. How can we find the best floorplan for our new home?
Berks Homes has over 50
floorplans from which to choose. Our in-house drafting department is
well equipped to make customizing changes as well.

4. Where will we make our selections?
All of your options, interior
and exterior, will be selected at Berks Homes in our 5,500 square foot
Selection Gallery. You will have the opportunity to customize your home
to fit your budget and tastes. Our knowledgeable Selection Consultant
will guide you through the process and will assist you with questions
that you may have.

5. How does the construction loan process work?
We have a joint venture with
Wells Fargo through Berks Mortgage Services, LLC. The mortgage
consultant will meet with you to explain the easy process.

6. After we have made all of the decisions necessary to build our
home,
what's the next step?
You will be provided with a
tentative schedule giving you the specific steps of the construction
process and when they will be occurring. You will also be given a login
to "My Berks Home", which allows you the ability to view the progress of
the construction through pictures and periodic updates.

7. Will our new home come with a warranty?
Yes. Every home built by Berks
Homes receives a warranty for one full year. You will be provided a
warranty packet of information prior to closing. After moving in, our
Warranty Specialists will be available to answer any questions.
