In addition, our award-winning design team specializes in custom alterations and "start from scratch" custom home designs. |
PRICE
No matter where you are in the process, we are experts at helping you get the information you need to determine the feasibility of your new home.
For lot development pricing, we offer a complimentary site evaluation to determine development costs whether you own the land or not. If you don’t own land we will help you find some.
For home design pricing, we can provide base home pricing and pricing on all of our standard list of upgrades at your first sit down meeting with us. Our drafting and estimating team also specializes in custom request pricing.
Before you reach a contract agreement with us you will have a clear understanding of the expected costs of your home. We even offer financing through our Berks Mortgage Services, LLC. |
