This new service will provide our buyers the convenience and ease of mind in knowing that their home buying process, from signing the Agreement of Sale through to Settlement, can be handled by one provider.
The Settlement Coordinator for Freedom Settlement Company will ensure that their mortgage commitment has been received in a timely fashion and any mortgage contingencies have been cleared, that title insurance has been ordered and received, and the deed and all other necessary documents are prepared for settlement.
