Carlisle, PA 17013
In Fall of 1783, Benjamin Rush, signer of the Declaration of Independence, founded historic Dickinson College right here in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Named for fellow founding father John Dickinson, Dickinson College was the first chartered college in the new United States. The citizens of Carlisle are proud of their historic college, and to pay homage to the history we've named this brand-new community “Dickinson Place.”
Nestled in the picturesque Cumberland Valley, near major highways for easy access to neighboring cities such as Harrisburg, Philadelphia, & Baltimore. Situated only minutes away from historic downtown Carlisle, which showcases excellent restaurants, shopping centers, and serene parks. Maintenance-free living at Dickinson Place allows you more time to enjoy all Carlisle has to offer. See why Dickinson Place should be where you call home! We welcome you to write the next chapter of your life's story at Dickinson Place.
