Who We Are

Untitled Document

We’ve been building homes since 1973.

Our story began with a 19-year-old kid buying a nail gun and an air compressor in a diner parking lot. We’ve come a long way since then, but these humble beginnings serve as a reminder that we all have to start somewhere.

And that start created the foundation of who we are today. We believe in a few simple truths... life is meant to be enjoyed through hard work, surrounding yourself with great people, and intentional times of rest.

If you look closely, you will see our sales centers are not open on Sundays, because we believe in the opportunity to participate fully in faith communities, we believe in the value of rest, and the importance of time to spend with family and friends.

We are committed to upholding these beliefs, so we created a guide of who we are, what we are trying to accomplish, and how we are going to get there. Having this clear and consistent message provides the path for the success of each employee, and in turn, our partners and customers.
