LMC will run your credit and give you a pre-approval. With that pre-approval, you can know exactly what budget you’re working with and which communities, floorplans, and upgrades you can choose. Choose a lot

Choose a lot that suits your needs, and we’ll check with LMC to make sure that lot will allow you to have the home you want and the home you can afford.


Pick a floorplan and exterior

Pick a floorplan that’s offered for your lot! Not only do you get to choose a floorplan, but you also have options for the elevation (or exterior) of the home. LMC will let us know what you can afford to do, and she’ll advise you on the best decision, so you don’t have to ask any uncomfortable questions on pricing or feel confused about what you should choose.


Head to the selection gallery

Your home gets built by our experts, and while that’s happening, you’ll take a trip to our selection gallery. Keep in mind that everything you choose gets rolled into your mortgage! How convenient is that? It’s best to make the upgrades you know you can afford now, so you don’t have to pay for them separately later.


Close on your home!

Now, that Dee or Clint has answered all your questions, it is time for settlement. At this point, you will meet with the settlement company to sign some documents, in which you promise to pay your mortgage on time. There won’t be any surprises, and Dee and Clint will ensure you are comfortable with your monthly payment long before we settle at the table.
