Interest Rate Buydowns (Including 3-2-1 Buydowns)

- Year 2: 2% lower

- Save up to $10,000 toward Selection Gallery Options - 50% off eligible Selection Gallery Options totaling up to $20,000 in selections, capped at a maximum $10,000 discount

- Available for To-Be-Built homes
